Barbara Kingsolver wins the 15th Orange Prize for Fiction
19.30pm, London, 9 June 2010: American author Barbara Kingsolver has won the 2010 Orange Prize for Fiction with her sixth novel The Lacuna (Faber and Faber).
Irene Sabatini wins the Orange Award for New Writers 2010

London, June 3rd 2010: With the fifteenth Orange Prize for Fiction only six days away, the latest odds from bookmakers William Hill have British author Hilary Mantel as even-money favourite with her tenth novel, Wolf Hall, which won the 2009 Man Booker Prize.

London, 29 April 2010: Orange today announces the Orange Prize Youth Panel’s shortlist, as part of the prize’s 15th anniversary celebrations. Recruited via teen website, Spinebreakers.co.uk, the shadow panel selected their shortlist of six from the 14 previous winners.
